What happens to my hosting account and data if I cancel or don't pay?
If your account is cancelled or has unpaid invoices, we keep it inactive for 30 days so you have time to settle the balance or export your data. After 30 days, the account, its files, and all backups are permanently deleted and can't be recovered, so we recommend keeping your own independent backup of anything important.
