How to Reset Your DirectAdmin Password

If you've forgotten your DirectAdmin password, you can reset it yourself from the login screen without waiting for support.

Reset From the Login Screen

1. Go to your DirectAdmin login page (usually yourdomain.com:2222).
2. Click I lost my password below the login form.
3. Enter your DirectAdmin username and the domain associated with your account.
4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow it.
5. Enter and confirm a new password.

Choose a password that mixes letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid reusing a password from another account.

Still Can't Log In?

If you no longer have access to the email address on file, or the reset email never arrives, contact ZIPROF support with your domain name so we can verify your identity and reset the password for you.
