Your hosting control panel is where you manage everything on your hosting account: email addresses, files, databases, and more. When your hosting order is set up, ZIPROF sends you a welcome email with your login address, username, and a temporary password.
Finding Your Control Panel Address
Your control panel URL is usually one of the following, depending on whether your account runs on cPanel or DirectAdmin:
- yourdomain.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com:2083 for cPanel
- yourdomain.com:2222 for DirectAdmin
If your domain's DNS has not finished pointing to your hosting yet, use the server IP address or the direct link from your welcome email instead. Both are provided when your account is activated.
Logging In
- Open the control panel URL in your browser.
- Enter the username and password from your welcome email.
- Click Log In.
If you're logging in for the first time, change your temporary password immediately from within the control panel. Use a password you have not used elsewhere.
Trouble Logging In?
A blank page or connection error usually means your domain's nameservers have not fully propagated yet, which can take a few hours after a new order. In that case, use the server IP based login link from your welcome email as a temporary workaround.
