How to Apply a Discount Code to Your ZIPROF Order or Invoice

If you have a discount code for a ZIPROF service, you enter it during checkout for a new order, or in the billing field on an eligible invoice. Where exactly you enter it depends on whether you're placing a brand new order or trying to apply it to an invoice you already have.

Applying a Discount Code to a New Order

  1. Go to the ZIPROF website and add the service you want (web hosting, a domain, professional email, etc.) to your cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout page.
  3. Look for a field labeled Promo Code or Discount Code, usually near the order summary on the right.
  4. Type in your code exactly as given to you, then click Validate or Apply.
  5. Check that the order total updates to reflect the discount before you continue to payment.
Codes are usually case-sensitive and may only work for specific services (for example, hosting plans only, or new domain registrations only). Read any conditions you were given with the code before assuming it applies to everything in your cart.

Applying a Discount Code to an Existing Invoice

Once an invoice has already been generated, for example a renewal invoice for a service you already own, most discount codes can no longer be applied to it. Codes are generally designed for new orders at the point of purchase, not added afterward.

  1. Log in to your ZIPROF client area.
  2. Open the invoice in question from the Billing section.
  3. If there is a promo code field on that invoice page, enter your code there and click Apply.
  4. If no such field appears, the invoice isn't eligible for a code and you'll need to pay the amount shown, or contact support to ask whether the code can be applied another way.

Why Your Code Might Not Work

  • The code has expired or reached its maximum number of uses.
  • It only applies to a specific service type (for example, a particular hosting plan or new domain registrations) and doesn't match what's in your cart or invoice.
  • It's a one-time, new-customer code and your account has ordered with ZIPROF before.
  • It can't be combined with another active discount or a plan that's already on a promotional price.
  • The order or invoice was already generated before the code was entered, so it can no longer be adjusted automatically.

If you believe a code should have worked and it didn't, open a support ticket from your client area with the code and the order or invoice number so the team can check it manually. Once you've paid, you can see the final amount reflected on your invoice.
