You don't need to contact support to check what you've paid ZIPROF in the past. Every invoice on your account, whether it's paid, unpaid, or overdue, is kept in your Client Area, and you can filter that list down to just your payment history in a couple of clicks.
Where to find your payment history
- Log in to your ZIPROF Client Area.
- From the top menu, click Billing.
- Click My Invoices.
This opens a full list of every invoice ever generated on your account, with columns for the invoice number, the date it was created, the due date, the total, and its status.
Filtering to see only what you've paid
By default the list shows every invoice, including unpaid ones. To narrow it down:
- On the My Invoices page, look for the Status filter dropdown above the invoice list.
- Select Paid.
- The list refreshes to show only invoices you've already settled, newest first.
Each row shows the invoice number (your account's invoice numbers carry a prefix, e.g. ZQ1203) and the amount paid. If you're trying to confirm a specific payment, match it against the invoice number you entered as your Account Number when paying via MPesa Paybill.
Opening or downloading an old invoice
- Click anywhere on an invoice row to open it.
- The invoice detail page shows the itemized charges, the payment date, and the payment method used.
- Click Download PDF (or Print) if you need a copy saved to your device.
If what you actually need is a formal receipt or tax invoice for accounting purposes rather than the billing record itself, see How to Get a Receipt or Tax Invoice for Your ZIPROF Payment.
If a payment you made recently isn't showing up yet, give it a few minutes: MPesa payments are matched to your invoice automatically but can occasionally take a short time to reflect. If it still hasn't appeared after a while, contact support with your MPesa transaction code so it can be traced.
Keeping an eye on this page is also a quick way to spot an invoice you forgot to pay before it becomes overdue, since unpaid ones stay visible in the same list once you clear the status filter.
